Welcome to Covenant Nursing Education

Dear Nursing Colleague,

On behalf of the entire Nursing Leadership team, and myself, I would like to welcome you to Covenant’s new web based nursing education site. As a nurse at Covenant HealthCare, you are among 1400 registered nurses that contribute to the excellent patient care that has received recognition by the National Research Corporation for seven consecutive years. We value you and your contributions and recognize that excellence in patient care can only occur in an environment that supports ongoing learning opportunities.

Challenged with providing easy to use and flexible education methods, we established a site that can be accessed from home and work utilizing the intranet and internet. You will be able to complete mandatory education requirements and remain current with evidenced based practice changes that are occurring daily at Covenant. It will be an expectation of every nurse to access the nursing web site on a monthly basis to review content and check their "My Learning" tab for mandatory education.

As Covenant HealthCare continues to grow and build on its reputation for excellence, we hope this site contributes to our ability to maintain a well-educated and professional nursing team. As the site matures, we are very interested in your feedback and our efforts to promote a continuous learning environment and improved patient care outcomes.
